RETURNS POLICY


At Northern Building Plastics Ltd (NBP) we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, we know that sometimes you may need to return an item. Thus, please note the following.

Returned items must be in unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

Rubber roofing membranes / Door panels / Sprayed items / Non-stock items

All goods returned must have a valid invoice and be within 30 days of the purchase date, NBP reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 15% of the total price of the returned goods.

If the goods have been delivered prior to us receiving notification of your wish to cancel the order, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your expense.

If the product you purchase isn’t as described, not fit for purpose or faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.

We are under no obligation to arrange collection of goods that need to be returned, if however, we agree to arrange for the return of goods, we will advise you of any costs incurred by us and will require payment to cover these costs prior to arranging the return.

Any failure to meet specification must be notified in writing to NBP within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We will always make a refund using the same type of payment any goods were paid for. We cannot make a refund to a credit/debit card that differs from that used to in the original transaction.

NBP shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or other acts of the customer including without limitation wilful damage, negligence, lack of proper maintenance or servicing, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow NBP’s or the manufacturers installation instructions (whether oral or in writing). Misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without NBP’s approval.

NBP shall not be liable to the customer in contract tort (including without limitation negligence) and/or breach of statutory duty for any loss of profits and/or loss of production or any indirect or consequential (including economic) loss of any kind which the customer may suffer by reason of any act, omission, neglect, or default (including negligence) in the performance of the contract by NBP, its servants or agents.

Please be aware NBP reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
