In July 2022, we opened our fourth supercentre situated at the Portobello Trade Park in Birtley, a prime logistics location mere a stones throw from Junction 64 of the A1 (M). With the increasing demand for supplying quality building materials to discerning new build and home refurbishment businesses, it became apparent we needed to expand into the Northeast.

Situated right next to the A1, our new depot provides a strategic link to deliver swiftly across the region. The imposing 33,000 sq ft building is fitted with new offices, trade counter and a fully stocked warehouse to provide a vast array of premium building materials including fascia, soffit, and rainwater, in all sizes, popular colours and styles. Besides the convenient location for collection at our trade counter, we offer a free next day delivery service to the trade across the Northeast region and up to Berwick-upon-Tweed, across to Carlisle and down to Stockton-on-Tees and Middlesbrough.
